Should I Quit Now? is a free, browser-based retirement planning calculator provided by Optimus Global Solutions ("we," "us," "our"), Tel-Aviv, Israel. The Site provides:

• Interactive retirement income and portfolio projections
• Social Security claiming strategy analysis (US mode)
• Generic investment-only calculator (any country)
• Educational blog content about retirement and financial independence planning
• A paid premium retirement risk report (processed via Lemon Squeezy)

The Site is intended for residents of the United States and other countries who are seeking general educational information about personal finance and retirement planning. It is not intended for use in jurisdictions where such content is restricted or where financial guidance requires regulatory licensing.

3. No financial, tax, or legal advice

THE SITE DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, INSURANCE, OR LEGAL ADVICE OF ANY KIND. Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, TOOLS, AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. 9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OPTIMUS GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT OR OUTPUT, OR ANY FINANCIAL DECISION YOU MAKE BASED ON THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Tel-Aviv, Israel, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to prevent infringement of our intellectual property rights.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Optimus Global Solutions with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior understandings or agreements.
